Return and Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind. We operate in accordance with the Fair Trading Act of NSW.

In the event of a damaged or broken item during shipping we will give a full refund or replacement of the crystal/item if available. We do require a photograph of the broken crystal/item within 48 hrs at most. Return postage is at the customer's expense. A tracking number must be provided by the customer as proof of shipping in this event. A refund is not issued until goods have been received by us.

Any returns due to damage are to be posted within 7 days of your receiving them. After you have contacted us with photos. We have a record of when your parcel is delivered with tracking, for this reason. if the items are not received within 14 days we will not refund or credit.


All jewellery is not exchangeable for health regulations. It is not refundable after being shipped. A refund will be issued if a fault or breakage in transit occurs. We require proof of photograph in this event.


We are not responsible for any item that is lost in the mail.  When tracking shows that your item was delivered to your shipping address, we are not held liable if that parcel goes missing, if your home is unattended. Australia Post will leave it in a safe drop spot or they will take it back to the PO and issue you a collection note. Some customers request leaving at the front door, this is at your own risk. We are not liable if Australia Post advises it was delivered, and you don’t receive it, due to theft

If your parcel is lost by Australia Post YOU MUST lodge a dispute by quoting them your tracking number we provided. We cannot do this on your behalf. It is your responsibility to follow up on delays or parcels lost. If they deem the package is lost after investigation, we will issue a credit excluding postage costs. 

Overseas orders are not in our jurisdiction once they leave Australia, we cannot be held liable for custom charges, loss, delays or theft in your country. We do not give refunds for parcels not received overseas. We provide your tracking number as proof of your goods being shipped, for you to monitor once they depart Australia.


MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNTS - SOUL OFFERINGS

Account

In order to use the Service, you must create an account through our Nadora Retreat Soul Offerings. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update this information to keep it current. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or incomplete, or we have reason to believe that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and your use of Service.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your account. To protect your account from unauthorized use, do not provide your username or password to anyone else. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by sending an email to journey@nadoraretreats.com.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by terminating your account and deleting any Nadora Retreats software from your device or personal computer. Termination of your account is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Nadora Retreats regarding the Service or these Terms. Nadora Retreats may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason. If Nadora Retreats suspects that you have violated any provision of these Terms, Nadora Retreats may also seek any other available legal remedy. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy or delete any copy of Nadora Retreats software in your possession. You remain solely liable for all obligations related to use of the Service, even after you have stopped using the Service. Neither Nadora Retreats nor any of its licensors, suppliers, or publishers are liable to you or to any third party for any loss caused by any termination of the Service or termination of your access to the Service.

Nadora Retreats - Soul Offerings

You can become a Nadora Retreats Soul Offerings member by signing up to pay annual or monthly fees for unlimited access to our website library which includes all our online videos, ebooks and meditations that we offer as part of Nadora Retreats Soul Offerings.  

Recurring Billing - Soul Offerings

The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. You will be sent a renewal email two weeks before membership is due to inform you that we will automatically bill your payment method. We reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged.

No Refunds - Soul Offerings

There is an initial 10 day cooling off period which after payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to your Nadora Retreats Soul Offerings through the end of your current billing period.

Cancellations - Soul Offerings

You may cancel your Nadora Retreats Souls Offerings at any time for any reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please send an email journey@nadoraretreats.com


Following a cancellation, you will lose access to our online library content and retreat discounts once your billing period is up. If you choose to sign back up as a member, your billing date will update to the day you paid.
